My Core Values
I was introduced to yoga more than 10 years ago and have been practicing ever since. It has not only improved my flexibility immensely but helped me grow stronger physically and mentally.
My Mission
I had a truly inspirational yoga teacher who encouraged me to teach others and in 2018 I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga with YMCAFit in Cambridge. I have learnt so much from many teachers, and this gives me the drive to teach students what I have learnt and love to practice.
My Vision
My classes often have a flow to them, incorporating strength and balance and creating an entire workout for the body and mind by encouraging focus and calmness, giving my students a sense of fulfilment when leaving class.”
